Qwertee Technology collects the following data: Personal identification information (Full Name, e-mail address, Phone number, Direct Dial Phone number, Direct Dial extension, Mobile number, Job title, Office address, Other address, LinkedIn profile) Company identification information (Name, e-mail address, Phone, Office addresses, LinkedIn Company Page, VAT, Registration Number, Industry, Number of Employees, Annual revenue, Time zone, Description) Financial and transactional data: this includes bank account and payment card details, details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us. We obtain this information through our direct interactions with you (either in person, on the phone, by e-mail, by post or when you give this information via our digital services, and indirectly when it is provided to us by our providers of technical and payment services. Marketing and communications data: this includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences. When Qwertee Technology processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Qwertee Technology securely stores your data in ClickUp CRM, Account 9015542274, for a period of 24 months after first contact. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data and archive you with a designated identification number, so that we will not use the same data again in the future.
Where you give us your details directly through a form on this website — subscribing to our newsletter, or downloading one of our guides — we also store those details, and the record of any marketing consent you gave, in our own database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland) region.
